Playwright end-to-end coverage
Shared browser tests that guard key user journeys across instances.

The problem
Visual and behavioural regressions were found late, usually by a person clicking around.
What I did
- Picked the journeys that matter most: search, article view, sign in.
- Built a single shared test setup so each instance only adds its own config.
- Used one instance as the reference implementation for the rest to copy.
The outcome
Faster feedback on front-end changes and a pattern other instances can adopt cheaply.
